Looking for this dog's owner

I was asked by a friend of mine to find out who owned this dog. I can not find it anywhere on the internet, so I figured I would ask your staff. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks in advance.

I cannot give you this information through this forum. What your friend will need to do is send us a request for this information in writing. They will need to let us know what information they need and why they need it. They should also include a good daytime phone number where they can be reached. And they must sign & date the request. They can mail or fax the request in to us. (Our fax number is: (269) 343-7037). Just have them send it to the attention of the Registration Department.
