Performance program question....

We sent in Bubba's puppy papers a week before we sent his application for permanent nomination is the performance program. My question is Since then we got his papers back but will we be sent a confirmation for the Performance program. On his papers we got back it says litter is nominated which i know we should have sent them togeather but couldnt afford it at the time.
