OT: Adam Lambert & ABC

What in the world is wrong with ABC? I can not believe they allowed Adam Lambert to get on stage and do that performance last night!! I am so glad he was last and my kids had gone to bed. He has never tried to hide his sexuality....but it is one thing to know it about someone and something else entirely to see it! That kind of stuff needs to be on pay per view - not an awards show that kids might be watching.

And what about Kris Allen? The wholesome CHRISTIAN man that actually won American Idol! They have him present an award? He should have been the one performing to help his get his career off the ground! That was a real slap in his face. Today, I am pretty disgusted with ABC and really questioning their programming.

I did not see it but stuff like that can shape kids minds to make them think its OK. Then when kids grow up they are easier to persuade to vote a certain way.

USA would be a better place if everyone cut of the tv and spent more time hunting, and with the family. Values should not be learned from tv.

I completely agree. I started watching the show with my 12 year old daughter about mid-way through. The majority of the performances were way too sexual to be on primetime tv. Even Carrie Underwood's (who I really like) dancers had on garter belts. Lady Gaga's costume--didn't leave much to the imagination. Made my daughter go to bed before the disgusting Adam Lambert finale. Crazy what passes for entertainment now.

Not surprising, ABC and Disney love fairy dust. Have been promoting that junk in sitcoms and cartoons in recent years.

I don't think it should even be on pay per view. It's perverted!!!

If ur still gonna sit there and watch it , might as well let ur kids ... that's the real message u are sending ...

.. talk , talk .. walk , walk ...

I didn't watch the show. I've got better things to do than watch some ****** parade his wares. I simply answered the post.

I don't watch football. That's as much a waste of time as the music awards. Most of the football "heroes" are in jail or on the way, or should be in jail.

I spend my time at work, with my family or coonhunting. See ya in the woods.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
