What breed is she?

Is she a Walker? A Bluetick? Or an English?

Here are some better one's of her we took today. She is a brat! Didn't want to stand for the camera no how, but after a few minutes, she settled down.

at that age it could be a walker /bluetick cross,,,give it 8-10 more weeks
and you'll see more ticks if it is crossbred...if its an english,its got some speck or single reg. dogs in the tree...
top picture walker x bluetick pups
bottom picture is walker x bluetick pup on right and
on left is redbone x walker pup,both at one yr old
i got 2 one year old walker/bluetick cross pups that looked like that when they were that young...all the white is ticked now,,looks like very ticked up walkers now...

Chances are if it was a bluetick it'd have way more ticks by that age. I'd bet it was a walker or english

is my guess,about 10 yrs ago i had a female english that was marked just like this pup blk & wht. every pup out of her was that color also.

I got a pup that's about 3months old now that looks almost exactly like it.He's black and white mostly with just a little bit of brown around his eyes and the edges of his ears.The mama is Nt.Ch.Hardluck Kentucky Lucky and she's black and white too.Daddy is Jon Stevenson's BEAU dog.All 4 pups from that litter were all colored the same.Black and white w/a few ticks.

Aint no way to tell what breed it is just by looking at a picture. It could be any of the three.

Being you are Englishbabe, I would say it's English. But since you're from Penn. it may be a Clover bred pup. So far only you know for sure.

Yes she is an English, a beautiful gift compliments of Amanda Alexander. We just picked her up on Friday and I just couldn't help myself, I had to put her up for people to guess what breed she was, cause she could pass for all 3 breeds. He daddy is Thompson's Gingerbread Man and her momma is Gin, a daughter of Rio. I now have 4 color phases of English. A redtick, 2 bluetick, a tri color redtick/bluetick and now the black, white and tan. She is a cutie and so far, no messes in the house and didn't puke on the 2 1/2 hr. trip home on a full stomach.

got to have walker back in its ped ,,,, i think english are the most mixed up dogs there are cause no other breed can be 3 different colors an still be call all the same breed JMO.

That is the truth! That is why you end up with the black, tan and white Blueticks and ticked up Walker's. They were one and the same until the 50's. I have a friend who use to say 'English are like a box of crayons, reach in and pick a color.'

They are right in that Walkers and Blueticks originated from the English breed.

If you think about it, half the Coonhound breeds are multiple colors, though...English, Plotts and Leopards can be several seperate colors.

Aw, heck, it is only color. Underneath is a coondog, regardless of the coat color.

Oh yeah, I did notice a few redticks on her feet and legs today. Gonna be different.
