Can somone please post the link to the printable version of the afidavet? Like the one that allows me to get papers sent in after the owner signed them.

unless i am mistaken, the papers the owner signed is your afdavit.

No somebody filled out the back then never sent them in. Now I Own the dog and need the afidavet.

call the registration department when the phones come back up. but in that case i would think a notorized letter with all pertainent info would do.

On the front page of the website, you need to look under Breeders Corner. Then scroll down to forms. I think our forms are hard to find. We need to change that.
