Last Nights Hunt

Went to woods last night and treed 6 coons in 3 hours. I know that isn't alot but you get up in the mountains around here and that is a good night.Tree up one den tree, other trees had 4 singles and 1 double.Wish I could post pics but something has gone wrong with my photo buket hook up. My Jim dog had a coon fest last night.Went with a 2 yr. old female, my 4 yr.old Cowee Creek Jim and my 6 months old pup. Most fun I have ever had.Should have started coon huntin' when I was 28 insted of 58 yrs. old.Loved every minute of the hunt.

Oh, Sam sure would have liked to have been there . I've not forgotten the treeing Jim did the night I went with him. Glad you had a good hunt, now I'm Interested In how Little Bit did good or bad. Sam I'm really proud of the two pups I have out of Jim, they haven't been rushed, but they are doing great.

Take Care Sam

LOL... Hey, Sam, WELL... we KNOW FItchburg well since our middle son is at Fitchburg State College. Bob has driven him back and forth a few times. I haven't been in yrs but HAVE been there. We are an hour away from there.
Our lovely little "country town" LOL... is an hour from Boston and hour from Providence, RI AND from Fitchburg... LOL... seems to be a common theme....
Heather

NAVY?
I think a few people have loved those ports.... Hustle and bustle...
I've turned into a real "Bumpkin".. the city scares me now...
(that is JUST Heather speaking!LOL..Bob was ALWAYS a Bumpkin... but nothing much scares him either....)

Sam, If Little Bit Is staying with Jim she's doing great, It's not how quick they start any way. One night she will fall in with Jim and you want know what to think. I've not taken mine out at night yet But will soon.

Sam If Little Bit Is Staying In the woods with Jim and not opening up great. When she does open you'll know she's not barking on his track.

We went last night and treed once in a den tree, then the best part of It was we treed a big possum

Take care Sam
