single registrations and litter

Hi there, I want to ask after the single registrations of five of my dogs. I sent all papers by email. It was Curly Coated Retriever parents and litter and two Golden retriever.
Is all okay with copies or do you need anymore?

Please tell me when the e-mail was sent to us, as well as the first & last names of the person the dogs was being registered in, and the e-mail address the e-mails would have come from, and I can check to see if we received anything. Thanks.

Also, please be aware that with e-mailed registrations, we do charge a RUSH fee of $10.00, as we consider e-mails as RUSH service.

the email was sent at 10.25.09 and next day, I got answer from UKC... thanks for email.
I know about fee of rush/email service.

I haven't heard anything from my supervisor as of yet, but I'll remind him again today.

Hip and health information is not included on the UKC papers.

Your papers have all been processed and your new papers were mailed back to you on the 6th. (Last Friday).

We don't have "memberships". We just register your dogs.

We don't keep track of codes here. The mail may be running slower than normal with the holidays approaching. Also, the mail didn't run on Veteran's Day. Let's give it till next Monday and if you haven't received your papers by then, please let me know and I'll be happy to check into it for you.

But the zip code was a wrong one. UKC wrote 57633... and the right one is:
97633
What I have to do for correcting it? Especially in UKC register office.

If you want new papers, send the ones you just received back to us, with a note stating what is wrong, and what the correct zip code should be and we'll make the correction and send you a new set of papers.

Or, just send us the note, listing the dog's name & UKC number and we'll correct it in our system.
