the sire is perf sire but the dam isnt what do i need to do to perf the puppies they are ukc reg if she doesnt need to be perf then what papers do i send in

When you send in the litter application, just include a note stating that you're sending in the extra fee to nominate the litter into the Performance Program. (The fee to nominate a litter is $25.00 up to 6 months of age, or $50.00 for a litter over 6 months of age). This fee is in addition to the litter registration fee of $20.00.
