Grand American Bench Show Judges Announced

Lee Currens - Bench Show Coordinator for the Grand American Committee asked for me to announce the Bench Show Judges for the 2010 Grand American.

They have selected Johnny Brinkley of Florida and H.L. Meyer of Georgia to share judging responsibilities.

These men know as much about what a hound is supposed to be as anyone, and way more than most.
I won't get to be there but I believe this show will be judged as a coondog show.
GOOD CHOICE!!

So while were telling who the judges are for the show how about for the hunt. Thats right we have to wait to see who we draw.

G.A. Show

Lets sure hope so! too many are trying to run a coonhound show like a lap dog show. I for one am strongly against that. I am a master of hounds & show judge. I also dont beleave in all the dogs that are winning with a straight back leg when some of the dogs in the same show have better confirmation. I see this alot.
