Lost In Mail, Never Received.
Dear Russell Smith,
I received an email from UKC last 26-Aug-09. That my permanent registration was sent that day and until now we haven't receive it yet. So I we contact UKC and they advice to fill up the Duplicate fro Registration "LOST IN MAIL, NEVER RECEIVED"
I can't send thru the UKC site process by filling up the UKC contact registration due to the reason that I can't chose the State on the box because I'm from PHILIPPINES and I can't find our State to chose on the box.
So, I dicided to send email to Registration@ukcdogs.com and attached scan copy
because that is the easy and fastest way I could. Since I'm currently working in remote location of Russia.
Can you please advice me regarding my Aplication for Duplicate Registration "LOST IN MAIL, NEVER RECEIVED".
By the way I already sent to your email a scan copy of it.
Thank You Very Much,
RED
We did receive the application, however because you sent it through e-mail, you need to provide credit card informaton to us so that we can charge the RUSH fee of $10.00 to your credit card, as we consider e-mails and faxes as RUSH service. If you do not want to pay for RUSH service, then let us know to disregard your e-mail, and you can send the application in to us through regular mail.
Dear Russell Smith
PLEASE DISREGARD THE APLICATION FOR DUPLICATE REGISTRATION THAT I SENT TO YOUR EMAIL RECENTLY BECAUSE WE ALREADY FOUND OUT / TRACED UP THE STATUS OF OUR UKC CERTIFICATE FROM CORRIER. AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO US TOMORROW.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR REPLY.
Regards,
RED
