not getting my pm's
is anyone had this problem ? my inbox says here are no new pm's sent , ive tried going through my other folders and still the same thing - no private messages , several people have said that it claims my inbox is full - but it states there are no new messages and ive got my old ones deleted out - any helpfull hints would be gratefull , thanks
You need to go to your PM box and click on messages sent. Then you will need to delete all the messages you have sent other people. You should then be able to receive pm,s. You need to clean out your messages sent every time you clean out your messages received. I had the same problem a while back and I contacted Todd Kellum and he told me what to do.
Problem is....
Several people have the same problem..... what you need to do is delete inbox, messages sent, and message tracking BUT over on the left is a box " messages from" that automatically comes up last 30 days. You need to click on "from the beginning" as old messages will not show up and that fills your PM log up. So check it out and see if you have any old messages older than 30 days that might be messing you up, hope this helps!
