2009 Kentucky State Championship

Congratulations to 'PR' Taylor's Rasputin on his registered 1st place win on Friday night.
Spectacular at 13 months of age and his first ever in a night hunt!!!
He's got a lot of English owner's heads turning, even a few Walker's. Frank Johnson and Earl Johnson, both big time hunter's hunted with this pup and say he really is something else.

I hunted with the little dog with Robert Taylor and he is really something to see. Mr. Taylor says he's only been hunted 31 times in his life. He's turning down breeding his dog to some pretty big time English females because the dog is so young and has outstanding prospects to go much further. But what can you expect? His daddy was Woodstock Grizzly and his mother, Burnett's Red Hot Rose. Mom got her nite championship with just 3 first places. Unfortunately, this was her last litter of only two litters.
Due to Mr. Taylor's health this dog is only going to be pleasure hunted. What a shame. He could be something special. Hopefully he will get to finish Rasputin out.
