Hey folks , got a quick question..........
Can a non-resident houndsman train on bear in your state?
Got a little spat going with a non-houndsman. Need answers ASAP. LOL

kentucky just opened a two day bear season in the southeastern part of the state this year, and as far as i know you can not use hounds to hunt them.

in wv you must have a bear stamp to hunt or train your dogs so you would have to buy out of state hunting license i think even if your just with them watching i think you have to have a bear stamp also
