is it to young
i have 2 pups that i have been messing with since they were 5 weeks old, i would hold a rabbit down and let them play with it, then i would let the rabbit go and they would eye sight chase it .i did that for a couple weeks and they started running, at about 9 weeks old they could circle a rabbit in my pen. IM NOT FULL OF BOLOGNA. I HAVE WITNESS'. they are 12 weeks now. well anyway the past four days the male stopped running and only plays. i have never started pups this soon. what i am wanting to know is did i screw up by starting them so soon?
just a puppy being a puppy...

yes that is to early my opinion is 4 months if you start them to early they get bored with it and i start mypup on wild rabbit and not in a pen good luck with your pups
i was thinking the male was getting bored, he started first.the little female i have started about a week after the male and she is all business. i think i will keep them in the dog pen for a month or so to see if this helps.
