Babbling rule from the past.

dogs barking 3 times must be struck and if determined to be babbling will be minussed on the first offense and scratched on the second.

IT WORKED.

people broke their dogs from babbling.

whoever came up with this 1 minute grace period should be hung from a tall tree with a short rope.

yes!!!! if mine barks now it will be struck anyway and had better be running a coon or will draw the minus. breeding these will make more and more.

I agree,Any grace period makes it harder to know what they're doing.Wasnt many babblers in the hunts then
