YEP event? How do they work

what is a YEP Event and how does it work. I know it is a youth hunt but what is the age limit?

The age limits for YEP events and Youth Championship Series Events is the same....5 years to 17 years of age. The only difference is that Youth Championship Series events do not require a day of event instructional course and can only be held by State Breed Assns or Nat'l Breed Associations. YEP events may be hosted by any interested club (one per year) but the club must conduct a simple educational program during the day before the hunt / show that night.
