Puppy Registration

I used my male as stud on another guys litter of puppies. And I was to get pick of the litter, he lived 2 hours away so when I picked up my puppy he met me 1/2 way, well he "forgot" the papers on my puppy. I have tried to get him to send me the papers on the puppy and he will not return my calls, answer my emails or send me the papers. I have left him messages and to no avail. I was wondering if I could get my puppies papers without getting them from him? I know my male is the sire of the puppies. His Name is Bolden's High Dollar Sackett II and his registration number is U227,615 and I dont know his females name or registration number, but I know she delivered her puppies around the 7th of August, and his name is Mark West. I sent him the paper to register the puppies and filled in my studs information.

Since the litter has been registered with us, the breeder will have to sign the papers over to you. You can file a written complaint with us against the breeder for not turning the papers over to you, if you'd like, and/or you can seek legal action against them for not turning the papers over to you.

If you send us a written complaint, please give us all the details. Be very specific. Sign and date your complaint and send it in to the attention of our Complaint Department.
