Buy you a good shocking system. When I was a kid and had no money to buy one, I used this method, and beleive it or not it worked. Take a 55 gallon drum and put a deer hide, and the dog in it, and roll it down the steepest longest hill you can find. Worked for me.

Home of those with drive!
Speak the truth it will set you free.
how do you know when a blue dog is running a deer?
Just put them with a walker, then you will know their on a deer.

If you shock em
Be sure to turn them loose on deer with another dog when you shock em. Lots of dogs stop going hunting alone if you shock them alone. Weird but true.
