Help Finding Dogs Owner

Can anyone out there help me find a owner for a Walker Male? This dog was turned into our shelter last night. He is tattoed in both ears with a WDL or WDI I'm having a hard time reading the last number. This is another case of he'll be put down in a week if noone claims him. He looks like he is between 5 to 10. Both ears are chewed up and his ears are full of ear wax. looks like he got into a scrap last night. Who knows he maybe a coon dog.
