Rules on RQE,Quarter final questions on scorecard

I was wondering if this is legit. I don't remember reading it anywhere.I know of a couple instances that the MOH told participants if any cards came back with a question the whole cast would be scratched.Is this for real or not?
I know in the one instance that a guy got out voted on a question in the woods and he was afraid to question it because of this.It would have made a difference in the winner of the cast.

No, he was not joking.This has happened under a couple different MOH.Come on guys anyone else run into this?I am not going to name any names.

I've seen it twice with two different MOH. Both times were after the score card was turned into them with a question mark on it. The MOH said either you agree or I'm going to scratch the cast. I said fine, but hand me a formal complaint form.

Ive seen it bunches of times. I quit using 1 moh at a club I was president of because of that attitude.

Then there are a few MOH's who will say I will listen to the question, but I will not listen to an argument. Those guys kinda have a point, and I never held it agianst them.

I took and passed the test for both my MOH and BSJ licence. Never bothered to go do the 3 apprentice deals for them though.
Wasnt worth wasting my time and gas for the little bit it paid to do one.
