Warning - If you advertise dogs

Property Rights and Domestic Animals

This can be sent out to anyone. This is a warning to anyone considering putting up a website showing numbers of dogs, pups, and home conditions and information.

Transparency and "responsible" are not the issue on home hobby or other breeders. [We know this because if we eliminated commercial breeders and pitbulls the ARs would simply move onto smaller breeders en masse by forcing registration, driver's license, social security number, business entity, tax status, tax records, animal control records, subpoenas, background checks, vet records, irrelevant personal information, and likely first born child registration.]

That allegation of "no" responsible breeders exist is complete misnomer, because it takes the assumption as a fact, and then attempts to d
isprove it by showing home bred animals and nice conditions. Thatis not the way to do it. In fact that indicates an elitist mentality and further buys into the the allegation by having to "prove" one is not a commercial breeder or any of the accusations levied by HSUS et al. No, NO, NO.

The actual issue is not whether breeding itself is wrong, or whether any breeder can be responsible. The actual question, if any, is whether ownership rights attached to owning property (animals) and then reproducing such property (animals), selling such property (animals), advertising such property (animals)------- can be done without illegal interference by bad laws, such as where legal conduct is termed "animal abuse"; where ARs are going wild, and dysfunctional, mentally challenged zealots keep pushing insane/likely illegal laws nationwide. In other words, should insane ARs have the right to trample legal ownership rights by making up lies, using deception and misrepresentation, and then using such misrepresentation to make LAWS against interstate commerce and ownership rights? I think not.

Of course there are ownership rights, but if we continue to buy into nonsense pushed by the other side and start attempting to defend against non existent "allegations" like responsible breeders, we will be digging our own graves.

ALL animal rights proposed laws are BASED upon the
*BELIEF* (not fact)---- that animals are NOT property in the LAW.

That is the premise from which ALL AR laws stem, that animals are NOT our property in the law..... and NO AMOUNT of websites with breeders, breeders, breeders is going to have ANY impact whatsoever. In fact I think it is a HUGE mistake to do it and you will be wishing down the line that you did not do it when they single you out for citations.
