bone spur heel
anyone ever get one how the heck do you get rid of it limpin coon hunter.

The spur itself likely has nothing to do with the pain you are experiencing.
I would go discuss it with your doctor.
i had them on both feet at the same time..after 5 yrs of putting up with the pain, i went in and had cortisone shots..i should have done it 5 yrs earlier..instant relief and have never had to go back for shots since..
