California bear hunting

I'm going to Calif. the first of Oct to go bear hunting with a friend. We are going in the Yosemite area. I was wondering what to expect. I'm a flat land coonhunter and am getting really pumped for the trip(1600 miles).

put on your hiking boots lol....... and stay out of the park w/dogs good luck to you!
