sponsering for the world hunt

hey guys need some info ,i work for southern states, i coon hunt just started this year, southern states does alot of sponsering. im going to the world hunt and they are wanting to do something for the winners like a free bag of dog food and info on our line of feed. what do i need to do or who to contact?
