coonhound size
i live with my parents( for now until i graduate with a electrical engineering degree) but we have about 3 dogs they say thats way too many now but i was wondering if there is a med size coonhound.. we had a redbone, about 17 months old and it was too big for our 10 x 10 pen... or would yall recommend me finding someone with a kennel to keep a hound in?
If your only putting one dog in a 10x10 pen I see no reason to believe that he doesn't have enough room. That's a nice size pen for a hunting dog & many stay in smaller ones. If you hunt him enough at night all he will want to do during the day is sleep anyway. Hope this helps and good luck with your situation.
thanks that what i told my parents that alot of hounds stay in smaller pens..... i might try to find me a walker pup and raise it in the pen...
