Registration
I am just checking again to see if you received my single registration application and possibly the status of it. It was sent out to UKC on Sept. 3. My name is Nicole Mayer from Michigan. Thank you for your time.
We did receive your paperwork. In fact, we sent you a letter this past Friday, the 11th. We need a copy of the Registration Certificate showing that the dog is registered with one of our approved registries, such as the AKC. You can go ahead and fax that into us without waiting for the letter. Just be sure to reference: Single Control Number 70339. Our fax number is: (269) 343-7037. Send it to the attention of the Registration Dept.
This is not an acceptable registry for this breed. If you cannot get the dog registered with one of our approved registries, such as the American or Canadian Kennel Clubs, just make a signed statement on the letter we sent you telling us to cancel the applicaiton and refund your fees.
We are going to try and register him with the AKC. I spoke with someone there and they said it is possible and that I was given incorrect info. How long can I leave this application open or should I just cancel it and reapply?
You can just hold on to the letter until you find out if you can register the dog with the AKC or not. If you can, just return the letter with a copy of the AKC Registration Certificate. If you cannot, then return the letter with the signed statement asking us to cancel the applicaiton and send you a refund.
Thank you very much. I appreciate all your help.
You're welcome. Have a great day!
