2009 World Championship Zone Semifinal Breakdowns (unofficial)

Following is an "unofficial" breakdown of the entry numbers in each zone location.

Zone 1 – Shell Rock, IA – 99

Zone 2 – Ashland, OH – 204

Zone 3 – Danville, VA – 116

Zone 4 – Aurora, MO – 53

Zone 5 – Decatur, TN – 149

Zone 6 – Vicksburg, MS – 57

Zone 7 – Madisonville, TX – 27

Zone 8 – Worland, WY - 11

Total - 716

IF I CALCULATED CORRECT THIS WOULD BE THE NUMBER OF CAST WINNERS TAKEN FROM EACH ZONE.

Zone 1 – Shell Rock, IA – 99.................................14

Zone 2 – Ashland, OH – 204............................... 29

Zone 3 – Danville, VA – 116................................. 17

Zone 4 – Aurora, MO – 53..................................... 8

Dave, that is just simple math.....
If there are 716 entered and they take 100, that means you take one dog out of every 7.16 entries. Shell Rock has 99. Divide that by 7.16, you get 14 dogs from Shell Rock.

duh, why didn't i know that!!!,,,,,,,,,,,i guess because i hated math..lol where i went to school simple math was 2+2=4, now that was simple...lol
