Welcome

John,
You are very WELCOME! Cornell was a dream to handle. It makes it easy when a dog is put together correctly. Sad we were the ODD ball in the class, but proves that you'll continue to promote a "TOTAL DOG" which is UKC's motto!

It was a joy to have you in for the week and given the opportunity to hunt with you, Bean and Mark. We will definetly make it an annual thing!

Allen your welcome it was my pleasure.I think Wayne was looking him over pretty good.i would like to speak to Wayne sometime and really know what he thought of Cornell on the bench. That was not Cornell's normal enviroment!!! LOL

Posted by on 09-09-2009 08:01 PM:

Correctly

David - if I remember correctly didn't he tree Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night? Keep him out there John.... maybe we'll begin to see some followers, and before long we'll have the "hunting hound" back in the show ring like it was in the 70's, 80's and 90's.

cornell

how did he do in the hunt at oa

Posted by John M. Horner on 09-10-2009 01:32 AM:

We did not hunt him in the hunt at Autumn Oaks.I had never been too it and wanted to go up and check it out and deliver some pups.

Posted by Bluegirl on 09-10-2009 04:27 AM:

Tricia, Yes you are correct this is Cornell on, um, I think Saturday night. Trust me by Saturday I had no idea what day or night it was. I was so tired.

Bean, Thank you for a nice night out….. I had a great time and loved to hear the dogs doing what they do best HUNTING :-).

It was great to see a well balanced hunting dog on the bench looking that good.

Keep it up...

And I'm going to have to take My Angel is a Centerfold (show lines) and breed to him! He is a sharp looking hound, and enjoyed the hunts with him!

Wonder if I could place part hunt part show puppies?

I don't think you would have much of a problem I know where at least one of them could go

I really enjoyed watching Cornell go...

Its a wonderful feeling to know that your hunting dog can compete with the best of the show lines! Congrats to you and best of luck with future events.

JESSIE IS JUST A GOOD OLD COUNTRY COON DOG NOW. THE GENTLEMEN THAT OWNS HIM NOW IS GOING TO HUNT HIM IN THE HUNTS, I TOLD HIM IF HE FINISHES HIM TO NITE CH. WE WOULD BRING HIM OUT TO AO NEXT YEAR AS A DUAL. HE IS A NICE LOOKING DOG. AND TO MAKE CUTS TWI DIFFERENT TIMES AT OAKS
IS AMAZING TO ME. I'M NEW AT THIS AND ENJOY SHOWING EVEN IF I DON'T WIN. I CALLED MY HUSBAND AFTER THE CLASS WAS OVER AND WAS CRYING, CAUSE I MADE CUT. IF YOU GO TO THE BLUETICK BOARD AND LOOK UNDER SPANKY BRED PUPS AND I THINK HE POSTED THE PICS ARE ON THE NEXT TO LAST PAGE.
JESSIE IS THE ONE WITH HIS HEAD TURNED. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE SHOWED HIM THIS YEAR.

I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem placing that cross Trish!! I bet I know where one could have a part-time home...
