Mailed papers but didn't write rush on the envelope

I sent my papers in yesterday and asked for the rush service however I didn't write rush on the envelope. Could you please put a note in the system that they will be rushed when they arrive.

Our Processing Department won't get the note until they open the envelope. What they will do is, once they open your envelope and see you paid for RUSH service, they will process your papers right away for you. Unfortunately, that's all we can do in this situation.
