Assuming both parents are UKC registered you need to complete a Litter Registration Application. This form can be downloaded from our website or I can mail you one. If you'd like me to mail you one, just send me a P.M. with your name & complete mailing address. Just remind me in the P.M. that you need a litter application.

If a litter is over 1 year of age, they cannot be registered as a litter. Each dog from the litter would have to be single registered with us. In order to tell you how to do this, I need to know what breed of dog we're talking about. Also, are both parents UKC registered?
