what do i need to do if i know of a guy that's selling dogs and putting false papers on the dogs..thanks

Due to the nature of your concerns, we would request that you please submit the following information to us in writing:
* Your name mailing address, phone number and email (if applicable) are required in order for your complaint to be investigated
* The name of the individual you are filing the complaint against - If a name is not provided we can not properly investigate your complaint.
* The address of individual(s) complaint is being filed against
* Kennel prefix (if applicable) of the person(s) you are filing the complaint against
* Signed, detailed reason for your complaint
* Copies of any written agreements, correspondence, emails, etc. pertaining to your complaint.
* UKC numbers, birth dates, registered names, etc. of dogs involved in this situation
