Registration Papers Destroyed !
I cant get ahold of the breeder I got her from. He has gone MIA or change numbers. Now I got her UKC Number, and both her parents ukc numbers.
Are you guys able to send me new papers?
Please help, Id also love to be able to do this online if possible
Assuming you have not registered the dog in your name before the papers came up missing, the following applies:
The breeder will need to fill out a duplicate application so we can replace the lost papers.
The duplicate application is available on our website at http://www.ukcdogs.com/WebSite.nsf/...onFeesAndForms.
This application can be faxed to our office, however an additional $10 rush processing fee will apply. Our fax number is 269-343-7037.
Thank you again for contacting us. Please feel free to contact our office at 269-343-9020 if you have any further questions.

Just send us a signed, written request letting us know that you need us to contact the breeder on your behalf because you need to talk to them about applying for duplicate papers. Give us as much information on the dog and breeder as you have and be sure to give us a good daytime phone number where you can be contacted. Send the signed written request in to us, to the attention of our Registration Department and we'll try to contact them on your behalf.
