Message inbox question???

I have deleted all the messages off my PM list but I still get Emails from UKC saying my inbox is full when somebody tries to send me a PM. Has anybody had this happen or know what I need to do. It has been this way for a couple of weeks. I have only got one PM to come to my box in the last couple weeks.
