Ok who do i need to contact about getting a new state members card so i can hunt in this went hunting and waded the river soaked my wallet sat my card on the dash then like a dummy opened both windows and it blew out or will they have a record onsite to know who is a member or not. Plus will two nite cast win win over one cast win high score. Just curious.
