MISSING coonhound!

A friend of mine lost his female english while hunting 2 weeks ago. He is starting to lose hope but we are sure someone picked her up. She is not a dog that just wouldn't come home! This guy is tore up about her, she even lives indoors with him. She is a GCH and about 5 years old. She was wearing a rebel flag collar as well as a tracking collar. The tracker isn't picking her up. He lost her in HURRICANE, WV but we live close to several state lines. Please help him get his dog back, any english female you see that is unfamiliar with please let me know.
