Hound or Not?
A friend has an old bronze that he thinks is a coonhound. He knows it`s over 40 years old but has no idea anything else about it. It`s about 36" long and looks to be a dog tied at the tree. Please give me your opinions about it thanks.

Harness
TYPE.Years but not so long ago we took a deer hound to the woods with the same type coller to turn them in where we wanted them.Coller was of leather except the clasps and rings(brass).Today made of nylon.Way back around the 20's they used them to pull stuff with.I have seen grade type walkers pulling people in buggys in pictures, but different type harness
Iwould say it is a hound.
well it aint a walker cause it aint looking up with a coon treed...

IT IS CUTE THOUGH AND I WOULD LIKE TO OWN IT.

The sharp muzzle mades it look more like a bird dog or cur to me. It's really nice and you can call it what ever you want to!
Should really be worth quite a bit of money.
