We're not showing this dog has been registered with us. When did you send the papers for Toby in to us?

I've checked our incoming records all the way back to March 1st and I'm not showing that we received those papers. I recommend you check on how the payment was made and see if it ever went through. If so, get the date it went through and verify the payment was cashed by United Kennel Club. If so, please let me know this information and I can check again, but I'm not showing that we received those papers.
