litter registration

I have to register my litter of puppies. The dam is co owned by myself and my mother. But what I need to know is what I fill out for my daughter and I owning them for their permanent registration. I plan on perm. registering all of them at same time as registering the litter. I am just a bit confused when I fill in the litter registration form. Thank you Russell.

Fill out 1 block in step 5 for each pup you want to permanently register. If there are not enough blocks in step 5 to cover all the pups that are being permanently registered, just include the same information for the rest of the pups on a separate piece of paper. You'll have to pay the litter registration fee along with the permanent registration fees.
