THIS YOU WILL NOT FIND ON THE NEWS.
This is an analysis of what's in the Obama-care bill that is moving through congress as we speak. I've highlighted some of the most outrageous provisions (rationing aside) Some poor guy has been reading the whole bill and is twittering these little tidbits about the bill. If this passes, and the general public finds out what's in this bill, civil unrest could be on the horizon..

Pg 22 of the HC Bill ---- MANDATES the Govt will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self insure!!

Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill_----_THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benes u get

Pg 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill_----YOUR HEALTHCARE IS RATIONED!!!

Pg 42 of HC Bill_----The Health Choices Commissioner will choose UR HC Benefits 4 you. U have no choice!

PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill_----_Healthcare will be provided 2 ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise

Pg 58HC Bill_----_Govt will have real-time access 2 individs finances & a National ID Healthcard will be issued!

well by golly i have no health care now at all so something is better then nothing and nobody will ever tell me how im gonna die it just happens naturally and if ur serious about the name of ur post ur a idiot. Try being me, a cancer survivor AND self employed. I do pay for health insurance. I in no way or form want my Gov running my health care system.

yeah it's just killing canada they have nation wide or country wide health care look at all the people there govt is killing. but if the millions or thousands of people that dont have health insurance or cant afford it cause of other bills or just cost of living providin for a family and can only insure there kids can get something more power to um. your just gonna be pissed cause uve paid for it for who knows how long now they might just give it away for free. And Lee i would never wanna be you im happy with who i am. and whos running ur healthcare now?

I am not sure what but something needs to be done with the current system.When you pay 30 bucks for an aspirin it just is not right.

40 bucks for internet. 50 bucks per cellphone. 100 bucks for cable service. you see my point. most can afford it if they choose to.

we need reform for sure, but we dotn need to completely blow up the system to get it. especially when we are in a recession.

btw trackdriver, if they get what they want, in 10 years there wont be any choice other than a govt plan.

Well yes, it is killing Canada. As a matter of fact the citizens of Canada sued the gubment there to have a private system like the US, and the evidence that they were suffering long waits and dying waiting to see doctors was so OVERWHELMING that they won, HANDS DOWN.

If you get breast cancer you are 5 times more likely to survive in the US than in Great Britian or the other nationalized countries because they wait in line so long the disease is metastatic (which in the long run is cheaper for the gubment, so the more citizens DIE the better it is from a cost standpoint to gubment beuracrats.) Let me make that clear FIVE TIMES MORE LIKELY TO SURVIVE IN THE US, REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE STATUS. FIVE TIMES MORE LIKELY TO LIVE THAN THE ONES GIVEN HEALTHCARE BY THEIR GUBMENT. (remember the gubment can't give anyone anything it didn't first STEAL from someone else.)

The reason an asprin costs 30 bucks is because of lawyers. You must, by law get the asprin from the hospital pharmacy, it has to be locked up. A physician must, by law, write the order for that asprin to be given. The person that administers the medication must by law be of a certian level of education (RN/LPN) and they must document it several different places. By the time they pay for all that gubment beuracracy dictated by law it costs 30 bucks.

The better option, bring your own and take them. You are allowed provided you ask the doctor and he/she OK's it and writes the order in the chart.

Exactly, that's why the gubment should stay out of it. There is NO competition with them. They don't compete. They just ration and refuse to pay and use their divisions like the maffia to strong arm any resistance they do meet.

That arguement is exactly why the gubment should stay out. Even if they were not trying to turn it into a socialist state and really were trying to help as opposed to control you can't compete with the gubment because they make the laws/regs etc.

Many of the places that are socialized now started out saying it was an "option" but when one group has the option to just raise taxes to pay for something and people falsely think they get it "free", well that's not really competition is it.

Besides that, now the private sector in the US makes up for the shortcomings of the gubment systems of these other nations as well as our own VA system (the private hospitals is where the VA sends all it's patients that they can't take care of because they are a gubment system).

If the private sector went away in the US then who would take care of the people that are actually sick that the private sector takes care of for the "gubment" programs now?

There won't be anyone there and the end result is that our survival rates for cancer will fall down to the levels of the countries that use gubment care, meaning more and more people will DIE at a young age from something that was survivable.
