I would list that color as a Tri-color; also known as a Black and Tan with White.

Can i Fax the litter ticket to your good office and hoping that you can help me to secure it to FedEx when delivering it back here at the Philippines..

You can fax the application to us, however to have the papers sent via Fed-ex back to you will cost extra. Please give me your complete mailing address and I can look it up and tell you what the total cost will be. You can P.M. me your address if you'd like. Just mention that you want to know how much it will cost to send the puppy papers to you via Fed-ex.
