Hey everyone,
Can anyone tell me anything about the hunting in or around steubenville? I just found out that is where I will be recruiting out of.

i live around wheeling wv across the river it has hills and some are deep but you drive about 20 miles in ohio west it gets more rolling hills then steep

its ohio river bottom country. steep hollers and plenty of timber. its good huntin. you'll like it.

East Liverpool has a club right up the road. Cadiz, Oh has a club just west of there. The further north you go the flatter it is the further south the hillier it is. Richmond, Oh has a club 20 minutes away.

I grew up in Irondale Oh. In between Steubenville and East Liverpool. Hill country, deep hollows and plenty of coons.
My wife went hunting with me one time, hounds got treed, sounded like the were only about 100 yds. away, and they were.
But it was 500 yds straight down and 500 back up, she has never went hunting with me again........so it wasn't all bad after all..

the hunting is really good,come on down i'll take you for a good hunt. jeff
