Mistake On Paper Work

okay so i got my dog in november and i never switched her paperwork over the previous owner signed it over and i filled it out but before i sent it in i moved from the address i put on the paper now i just want to know if i need to contact the guy i bought her off of or is there something i can do cause i realy want to get this paper work takin care of thanks Travis

Just include a signed statement with the papers stating that after you filled the papers out you moved. Give us your new address and ask us to send the papers to your new address. Sign the statement and include it with the papers and it will not be a problem. Just leave the old address on the back of the paper like it is.
