mistake filling out papers.

have perm papers that i was filling out and have since changed partners on dog but, have the other persons name on them how can i change this white out, line through the name or what?

You and the new partner need to complete an Affidavit. It can be downloaded from our website or you can send me a P.M. with your name & address and I can mail you one. If you send me a P.M. just include the fact that you need me to send you an Affidavit.
