Sackett Jr’s youngest litters turned 11 years old just a few months ago.

How many direct descendents, male or female are there out there still producing puppies?

There's a half brother to Sackett Jr. out of the old Sackett dog still alive here in Missouri.

NiteCh, PKC money winner Nance's Jr. Rowdy is still treein' coon.

Born May 5th, 1996, she was Lester Nance's last dog. Now owned by Trent Gordon. He also owned her dam, Gordon's Mojo, a great reproducer in her own right.

I believe this is one of Jr.s' best cross, with littermates such as Nance's Star, White River Jr. Blaze, White River Willy and Sackett's Rock. ( Blaze and Willy have been collected )

as far as I know Cowboy is still alive. Jesse Mahaney in West Virginia has him. If I had a nice female, that's where I'd go.

Wayne, Jr was killed in February 1998.

I was told that skeans Dolly's sister or female bred about like her was taken to old Sackett after Jr. was killed..... does anyone know if this was true and whatever became of those pups if any.... they would be 10 or better never heard anything after ....

From what I was told they bred a couple different Dolly sisters to Sackett. none of the resulting pups had the looks to Jr and since you don't hear anything of them they must not have been much in the woods.

I believe the male I mentioned above was out of this litter. Call John Upton 417-270-2099. He doesn't own the dog but has a female bred to him and could give contact information. The dogs name is dual ch. Mac's Sackett Zack. He was bought by a pleasure hunter when he was young and had three or four wins to grand and was never put in another hunt.

Still getting 13 pups a litter. Still treein' coons and makes those other dogs look dumb, most accurate dog I have ever seen and puts them up before you know what happened. WILL be Performanced in 2010.

she sure is still treeing coon, I was impressed when I saw her go with chief and baker when I was up for the oaks. got off and split from them one time and never missed a beat! Not bad for an old white faced house dog

I talked to John today and Zack is out of old Sackett and a female out of Neosho River Skinner and Skeans Dollly. He is ten years old.
