DNA-VIP Question

I'm doing the DNA on my one dog and I both of his parents were DNA-P, so doing him will make him a VIP.
On the form to submit his DNA it has the DNA-VIP Upgrade option for $5. Do I need this or what exactly is it for?

I'm not sure what thats for but you don't have to do anything in order for the VIP.

I think it is for if your dogs parents were not DNA'ed when you DNA'ed your dog, your dog would not be VIP. Now they go and DNA the parents so your dog is now VIP. If you want something in writing that shows that, you pay $5.00.
