HOW MUCH ALBON DO YOU GIVE PUPS,AND HOW MANY DAYS? DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY MAKE A GENERIC BRAND OF ALBON ALSO.THANK YOU

They do make a generic version of albon! Im not exactly sure what its called however I am 100% sure there is a generic version. I have used it before. Hope this helps!

We have a bottle of Albon Oral Suspension 5% here and on the bottle it says....

To be administered in amounts to provide 25mg/lb for initial dose and 12.5mg/lb for maintenance doses every 24 hours.

250mg/5ml

Weight initial subsequent daily doses

5 lbs 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp)
10 lbs 5 ml (1 tsp) 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp)
20 lbs 10 ml (2 tsp) 5 ml (1 tsp)


I believe you give it for 7 days.

do a google on coccodosis an look at about the 3rd listing on your search it is from beaglesunlimited this tell you where to get generic albon that want bust you open an also tells you how much to give hope this helps
