The Hounds shot in Pa. Case

Is still crawling along...One trip to the Magistrate, and three trips to the Washington Co Courthouse....June 1st was the last trip and it lasted only a few mins and then slated for Sept.....Unbelievable, how things are working....All parties are going to go the whole way whatever that takes.....Lawyers have been hired for the civil suit later......To be continued......

Keep fighting.
Court will drag on until the judge or magistrate gets sick of seeing you, then they'll make a choice.
Just went to court last week because we caught a trespasser on our property. The game warden caught the guy red handed, yet court still went 3 sessions before they found him guilty. They did nail him with some charges though.

Larry - The defense will try to continue as many times as they can if they feel they the don't have a leg to stand on. They are hoping that someone will give in, move, not be able to attend a hearing, etc. Hang in there. Good things come to those that wait!!!
