Almost but not

Razor had his best hunt to date but lost by 12 1/2 points tonight at RQE in Lakeview tonight 600+ and no minus points on him at all , it was a three dog cast and the other 2 did have minus's Brent Bissel won the cast 612 1/2 + , Not bad for a young dog to go in there and hang with that caliber older dogs, little huffin and puffin with the handlers but was a awesome to see Razor Split and have the meat,Razor also passed his first hunt test Friday night Not bad not bad at all, Very Good Weekend.

Thanks Shelby,Its prety awesome to see a dogs progress, I got him when he was 7 months , and just to think of all the hrs and the shaking of my head, and shelf satisfaction of knowing he can hang with a Grand makes it all worth it.

I believe Brent was hunting GrNiteCh'Pr' B&D's Blue RUBY. She is off from B&D's Blue SPIKE and Steve Kitchens Old IVY female. Glad Razor did well for ya. Do you know who the SHOW WINNERS were? Take Care.

I don't Know who the show winners were but that was Her,Nice little female,He was looking real good but these warmer temps sure have zapped him a good one he has always run thin but I hate to have to put him up but I don't think I have a choice,Back to the vet tomorrow he has really thinned down from this weekend. hes eating and drinking like normal and Hes still on the same schelude for worming, I think I have tried almost everything possible to thickin him up, I think its time for a few weeks of good old rest.

I didn't get a hunt win but I did get a cast win 3 weeks ago,been slacking off on the bench but with the heat here going to get back to it, I took him back to the vet today, the vet told me I'm crazy still at tip top shape and if I let him gain more than 5 pounds she was going to smack me,LOL I think she would,$175.00 later I find out hes fine, she told me I was wasting my many,I really need to take her word, would help with the wallet.

Wasn't going to be going I was going to be in Illinois but after rattling off on a different post about supporting the great sport of hounds in Michigan.I feel that I will have too, even if its just for support , I don't think I'll hunt the red dog,but maybe, maybe not,I don't know.
