Just about any print shop can make them - Staples has a deal - I think it's about $20. Some of the self-serve photo printing booths (like at Walmart, etc) can also do them pretty cheap - you just take the pictures you want in a disc, and they print it out as a calendar right there.

Go open yourself a free store on CafePress, upload your pics and make one yourself Then you buy it at your cost and they do all the work. I have one of the big wall calendars and they're nice...very well done.

Looks like there are plenty of places where you can do it yourself but, if you dont want to mess with it we'll put something together. Not worried about the money.
