They send you nothing. This is my first so I dont understand how it all works.

I don't think we do send anything? If new papers are generated as the result of a transfer the update will appear on the papers. But if you pay up an eligible dog at some time other than with a transfer of ownership there's nothing to send? It's not like there is a certificate or anything? It's a good question. You are always welcome to call or write and make sure the transaction went through.
